Hi, my name is Andrew, and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist. I am passionate about supporting mental health and reducing the stigma that surrounds it. I believe in developing meaningful therapeutic relationships that include compassion and creativity as core components.

My goal as a counsellor is to make you feel heard and acknowledged, and empower you to be an active collaborator in our sessions. I utilize an intentionally integrative approach to therapy, and value feedback and input from clients throughout the process. I will work with you to create space in which you feel able to be vulnerable, and I am here to support you with the challenges you are experiencing and the changes you desire to make.

In my personal life I enjoy spending time outdoors as much as I can, including activities such as hiking, paddleboarding, and snowshoeing. Other hobbies include spending time with my partner and dog, attempting to improve my cooking skills, and dabbling in video games.

Hello, I am Karlynn. I have over a decade of experience as a therapist. My career journey has taken me on many paths, including working in a number of non-for-profits, schools and alongside pediatricians and physicians.

My greatest desire is that you feel heard and supported. I work with my clients to explore patterns of behavior and thoughts that are keeping them stuck, and to reconnect to a more balanced and joyful self. My priority is to provide a warm and welcome space. I use a collaborative and integrative approach, using elements of a number of therapeutic modalities. I want to build on existing strengths while creating a plan to help you reach your goals.

Born in Calgary, I have been a world traveller and love to see new places. I enjoy reading books, training Bonsai trees (yes, I grew up in Japan) and paddleboarding.

Hello. My name is Reem and I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist.

Creating an environment that is honest, safe, and empathetic is of utmost importance to me. A space like that provides the basis for a trusting therapeutic relationship. Therapy is not meant to be a business-like transaction; there has to be elements of humanity and authenticity interwoven within the process. Keeping this in mind, my approach is that of a collaborative experience, which centres your story outside of stigma and judgement.

My goal as a therapist is to walk with you in times of chaos, and provide support in a way that builds you up to face life’s challenges as they come up. I also recognize that culture, religion, or faith may have an important role in your life. Therefore, I welcome you to bring it in our sessions as you see fit.

Hi, I’m Anita. I am a registered psychologist with over a decade of experience. I know life is full of highs and lows and have experienced many of the agonies that you also may be experiencing: feeling lost and alone in the world, dealing with unspoken family traumas, questioning whether my marriage could survive, sitting at the bedside of a dying loved one, and sleepless nights when I wondered how I would get my children to adulthood. I believe my professional and personal experience equips me to support your through the challenges you are facing. If you are struggling, I want to help.

My goal as a counsellor is to create a safe, comfortable space for you to work through whatever you are going through. I believe we all have the capacity to grow and change. I use a feedback informed, integrative approach to support you in making the changes you desire.

When I am not working, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my husband, 3 young adult children, and my golden retriever. I love camping, travelling, yoga, puttering in my yard, reading a good book, or spending time among the trees. I believe balance is the key to a fulfilled life, so I am working hard to find that!
